PSE (Program and System Engineering) is present in 21 premises in 9 countries worldwide, with almost 7000 high-tech experts. The Hungarian company, active since 1991, is the largest in terms of number of employees and one of the most successful software development enterprises in the country.
Siemens PSE, founded almost 40 years ago, has an annual turnover of 500 million Euros in seven countries in Europe. The number of Hungarian employees has increased tenfold over the past decade and at present it comprises about 500 well-educated professionals. The company, which operated under the name Sysdata between 1993 and 2003, has premises in two places in Hungary, one in Budapest and one in Szeged.

Global Projects

The majority of development projects are in software and research development, which takes place within the Siemens PSE network. Supplying software for IT equipment and devices developed by Siemens, (for example Siemens switchboards) provides regular assignments for the company. The company's charging applications for online services are outstanding, as well as the development of operation systems for mobile network base stations. Development based on Internet technology, application development and system integrational projects are of increasing importance, as well as providing services for mobile and wire telecommunications suppliers. Besides all this, in the service area, our local operational and maintenance activities have an important role in the company profile.

Home projects

In addition to international experience we have directly participated in a growing number of projects in Hungary over the past few years. We have planned and realised solutions for data exchange, Internet services and charging for telecommunications suppliers in Hungary. Supporting operations is also among our tasks.

Turnkey solutions, service management, program languages

Siemens PSE is a cutting-edge company in the technological sense: with the application of Siemens software development methodology and technological processes in Unix and Windows environments, development takes place in JAVA, C++ and C program languages. In addition to object-oriented and web technologies we perform IP-based development in increasing quantities. Database management is based on our Oracle know-how.
We provide lifetime support for our projects. The delivery of our turnkey solutions is supported by a team of about 250 well-trained software development experts. In addition, about 60 staff members work in our projects, including project managers, advisors, system integrators, sales supporters, test performers, IT and application operators.
